The month of september started with travel to Bangalore - Haridwar/Rishikesh - Rishikesh - Jaipur.. All four trips were with different set of people, complete fun and full of various experience.
Trip to bangalore was official, though involved a lot of masti, its always fun meeting the bangalore team, as its a small team so invovle a lot of warmth in their behaviour... Went by air, Kingfisher flight - tons of talks with 'N', its always a learning talking to her, she gives a lot of confidence, boost up my morale. Spend time with 'S', another different personality, has a lot of complaints from life, still fighting with life to make things work.... Before meeting him, i thought i most talktive, but he broke my record :-) With that now i feel i m becoming a good listener...
Trip to Haridwar, soon after coming from Bangalore the next weekend I went to Haridwar and Rishikesh, with family... All together a different experience, As the name says -Haridwar stands for Dwar of Hari or Gateway to God.. Haridwar stands for Dwar of Hari or Gateway to God...
It was after years I visited a temple, and experience the "aarti" (offering prayers to God)..
It was a beautiful sight at "Har ki pori"(Bank of the River Ganga) in the evening.. Light all around, cold water flowing at its pace, it was not usual sight for me, Pandit ji with thalli of Aarti's, flowers offered to ganga with the diya's ... Spent a night their and in the morning started for Rishikesh, to visit the Gurudwara, Completely opposite to Haridwar, prayers were offered to God by 'Kirtans', The Gurudwara also had a boys school, where all the students were attending the morning ardaas... spent few hours their and started back for home, and stopped at a Amusement park...
Next weekend was spent at Office for the Hiring event... I mean only satuarday :-)
Last second weekend of the September, at 'Rishikesh' - Known as the gateway of himalyas.. Went for the river rafting with friends... A bunch of old and new friends, in total - a new group.. It was fun meeting all these people at a marvelous place... Stayed in resort, which was on top of mountain in Shivpuri... Open the window, I could see the spectacular sight of the sun rise from the mountains.. sweet music of river flow and a greenry all around... Did trekking, river rafting.. This was for the first time I did river rafting, hope to do it every year now... I experienced the fresh mountain air, Himalayan spring water..
Last weekend was spent at Jaipur, Chowki Dhani... A recreated Rajasthani Village, It means a small village in Rajasthan's local language.. A village created after considering all minute details, we can stay in the beautiful traditional cottages created with the delux facilities... In the evening enjoyed the typical traditional mela- filled with the multiple colors of the state Rajasthan.. It had the folk dance, food, music, camel ride, magicians, astrologer, puppet dance, outlets of Rajasthani jewellery and clothing... All that a girl would loved, and I always loved the rich village culture and folk dances..

Rupinder,
What is the IT recruitment scene right now like? How easy or difficult you find it to find non IT personnel for your employer?
