Journey to Amritsar

I visit The Golden Temple almost every year with my family.... This time it was different, we went by our own car... We rarely travel by our own car... I m just in love by with idea of travelling through train and so is my family.. I somehow enjoy the scenery from the window seat.. I read maximum in the train, so carry couple of books with me which i usually buy and don't read... But this time we could not go by train, as it got cancelled.. Well coming back to Amritsar... I always loved that City, off course The Golden Temple is the first reason, attached to that , i have couple of more .. I simply admire the city for its food, beautiful girls, punjabi juttis and amazing dress material... Every year I visit Amritsar and make a point that I have the amritsari nan, Lassi available on the road in front of Jalia Wala bagh... such a rich taste... these are local vendors not those grand restuarant.. however they r awesome and have maintained the similar taste from last so many years.... The city is filled with natural beaty and resources... And Golden Temple is one place, where I really find piece...
